The purchase of products on the www.parafernalia.com site is governed by the general conditions of sale (as detailed in the “Legal Area” section), which you are required to read before placing an order.
In the “collections” section of our online shop, you will find links to products, prices, finishing touches and available colors.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
By selecting the product of interest and clicking on the “pricing and availability chart,” you can check the corresponding price. Enter how many you would like to purchase and add to your “cart.” Our prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The invoice for the order will be sent with the purchased goods. Please provide accurate information for the issuance of the invoice.
The shipping costs will be displayed along with payment options: bank transfer or PayPal.
Once Parafernalia srl receives the email confirming the order, the customer will have to carry out the bank transfer within 7 (seven) days using the data provided and entering the order number as the reason for the transfer. Once the amount has been credited, Parafernalia will arrange for the order to be shipped. If the transfer is not received withing seven days of placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
PayPal is an online payment system that allows anyone with an email address to send and receive payments securely. By selecting this payment method during checkout, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you will simply authorize the payment if you already have an account. Otherwise, simply register for free by entering your credit card information. Parafernalia srl reserves the right to cancel and/or suspend orders when notified by PayPal of warnings and/or payment irregularities.
The order will be processed by Parafernalia srl within 48 working hours of receiving it and your purchases will be delivered within 10 (ten) business days from the date payment is received. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The sale price shown does not include shipping costs. Parafernalia srl reserves the right to ask customers to cover shipping costs, which will vary according to the quantity, volume and weight of the selected products. When ordering, the cost of shipping will be shown separate from the cost of the product, but will be added during checkout.
Shipments are made with an express courier whom Parafernalia srl cannot specify or schedule a date and time of delivery. Please provide a delivery address to put on your order where there is always someone ready to accept your package.
In the even that the courier cannot find someone, he will leave a delivery note and retry twice. After two attempts, the package will be returned to our offices and you will be contacted by our customer service.
Upon receipt of your purchase, you are required to verify that you have received the correct number of items as indicated on the invoice, that the packaging is intact and the product received is consistent with the order. Without the affixed “subject to verification”, you may not be able to contest the conformity of any goods received once delivered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that you, as a final consumer, are not completely satisfied and want to return the products received, you must express your intention to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, followed by a registered letter with return receipt within 10 working days of receiving the product ordered from Parafernalia srl – via Curtatone, 4 – 20019 Settimo Milanese, MI., Italy.
With the registered letter and return receipt, you must include proof of purchase for the online purchase.
The right of withdrawal for products purchased through the Parafernalia srl online shop is governed by article 64 et seq. of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 205/2006 (“Consumer Code”).
Provided that the integrity of the object is in its entirety, not used and complete with original packaging and price tags, you may return the items at your own expense within, and no later than, 7 working days following the dispatch of the notification sent by registered mail with return receipt.
Before returning the product, coordinate how the product will be returned with our customer service.
After verifying the integrity of the product, the invoice amount will be refunded by bank transfer, excluding shipping costs.
Returned products cannot, at this time, be replaced with another. Instead, you must make another purchase online.
